Joshua Wroten (Pastor)
Josh and Cecil Wroten grew up in the Silicon Valley. They met in high school and later married in June of 2000. After graduating in May of 2002 from Trinity Baptist College in Florida, they returned to the Bay Area to start Morning Star Church in Newark. They have a vision to develop a multi-ethnic church community where people can find real answers to life’s problems. They have blessed with two children, Alanna Joy and Ethan Luke. Josh is currently working on his MDIV degree at Golden Gate Seminary in Mill Valley.

Andrew del Rosario (Worship Leader)
Andrew was born in San Francisco, and has been a bay area native all his life. He grew up in church and accepted Christ when he was just 5 years old. Andrew grew up in a musically gifted family and started singing in church as young as 4. He started leading worship in church in 1999, has been learning guitar since 2003, and has been at MSC since December 2003. Andrew works in San Ramon, Ca. for a software company, but is driven by his passion to serve God in the music ministry at MSC. God has blessed him with the opportunity to lead worship at a church that carries the same ideals and goals that have carried him throughout his life.
