January 8-22, 2012 – The Most Important Sermon Series I’ve Ever Taught

From the Pastor…

After almost nine years of ministry at MSC, I feel like I’m ready to make some strategic changes to the direction of our church. I’ve learned a lot of things over these years (most of them through trial and error) and over the past year, I feel that God has clarified his purpose and call on my life. In this new series starting January 8th, I want to share with you my own personal spiritual journey, my perspective of our church’s journey, and where I believe God is leading me and our church to go in the future. This sermon series will help you If you consider MSC your church, please make a special effort to be here for each of these services. December 13, 2012 – Christmas Party for MSC volunteers

Volunteers at MSC got together to enjoy fellowship and food at the annual event.  We played games, sang carols together, and heard from Pastor Josh on how important each volunteer is to the church and to the vision of MSC.

     

 

November 20, 2011 – A Spirit of Thanksgiving and Praise.

   

Two people made the decision to get baptized as commanded in Scripture before the Thanksgiving Luncheon on November 20, 2011.  Lindon Chiu and Linda Parish took the plunge before a large crowd and were all smiles afterwards.

The Thanksgiving Luncheon was amazing as always with scrumptious food provided by church members and attenders.  Thank you to all who cooked, baked, and sacrificed time and energy to make this year’s Thanksgiving Luncheon a success!

- August 28, 2011 – Baptism Celebration

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Newark, Morning Star celebrated the decisions made by three people to get baptized.  They wanted to proclaim to the world that they are followers of Jesus.
